2. Enter your name on Line 1, enter your opponents name on Line 2.
3. Computer will automatically generate a matchup based on rating of said teams.
4. Only 4, 4.5, and 5 star teams are used to keep competition fair and balanced.

Rules
1. No using scratched players that are not on the active setup of lines. Use
teams
based on the updated FIFA rosters.
2. Never ever quit a game! Play the game out then if there is a problem please
talk to an admin.
3. When a game should disconnect work out with your opponent what to do or ask
any League Admin. Take any screenshots available for game stats.
4. The Sportsmanship Rule is the most important rule in the rated random
league. If at any time during the game you are up 5 goals you must not shoot at
the
goalie. Please dribble to the opponents Half-Line and dump ball into the
opposing
zone. Fall back and play defense, do not apply pressure in your opponents
defensive zone. If your opponent scores to go down by 4 goals you may then try
to
score again. The sportsmanship rule was put in so games do not get out of hand
and an opponent is humiliated. In over 10,000 games played in the Rated Random
League, no one has ever come back to win a game when trailing by 5 or more
goals.
5. No profanity over the mic or in the chat rooms at any time. If any issues
arise,
please contact an admin.
6. No ragging the ball at any time, always try to keep ball going forward as
much as
possible.
Regulations:
1. Players are required to play at least 20 games to have a chance to qualify
for the
playoffs of the Rated Random League.
2. 24 players will qualify for the finals.
3. Players qualify based on two categories, games played and their ELO rating.
4. ELO rating comes from the players you play and your win loss record.
5. 8 players will qualify via rank, the other 16 will qualify via games played.
If one
player qualifies in both categories, it will go to the next player based on
games
played.
6. The 24 players who qualify will be drawn into 8 three player groups. Each
team
will play a Home and Home against the other two players in their group. The
winner of each group will advance to an 8-man elimination style tournament (a la
UEFA Champions League) where they will play a Home and Home against their
opponent until a winner is crowned.
7. In the group stage, players will keep track, of goals scored, goals against,
and away
goals for tie breaking purposes. In the elimination round, away goals will
determine who moves on in case of a tie. Example: Liverpool 4 PSG 4, PSG scored
3
goals at Anfield, Liverpool scored 2 goals at Parc de Princes, PSG would move
on.
8. The league will run from October to January, and then again from February to
May.
9. This Rated Random League is our introduction to our FIFA league which is
looking
to start in January with the goal of having domestic leagues for each of the 5
major
leagues in Europe plus a champions league on top of it.
